We bring over 15 years of global experience in talent acquisition, project management, and consulting to deliver personalized, strategic solutions at scale. With a proven track record leading recruitment and startup initiatives across Latin America, the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa, we offer both a regional edge and a global perspective.
Our Story: Travis Snow’s connection to Latin America began over 20 years ago while studying in Mexico and Argentina and deepened during his Peace Corps service in Guatemala. He went on to earn a Master’s in international relations at Yale University and has since divided his career between the United States and Latin America, leading recruitment and managing projects in 20+ countries spanning Latin America, the United States, Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. He’s been based full-time in Guatemala since 2018 with his wife and 2 children. Today, as Founder of LatinBridge Talent Solutions, Travis connects exceptional Latin American talent with mission-driven organizations worldwide—building teams, empowering individuals, and bridging cultures.
