Step 3: Shortlist
Within weeks, you’ll receive a carefully vetted shortlist of top candidates. Each profile includes résumé, key qualifications, and our assessment of cultural and organizational fit.
Step 4: Hire
​You interview and select the candidate that best meets your needs. We support you throughout the process—coordinating interviews, facilitating communication, and assisting with negotiations—until the right hire is made.
Transparent Pricing
We believe in keeping things simple. Our standard fee is approximately one month of the position’s budgeted salary. No hidden costs, no surprises. For specialized searches, we’ll agree on a fair, project-based rate upfront.
Extended Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every placement. If the candidate you hire through LatinBridge does not work out for any reason, we will continue the search and present you with additional qualified candidates at no extra cost—for a period of 6 months after the assignment is officially completed.
